New Moon Journaling Process 🌚 Release the Old + Call in Your Next Self
Give yourself 10–20 minutes in a quiet space. All you need is a journal, a pen (red if you have it), and a willingness to be honest.
Step 1: Freewrite (2–5 minutes)
• I am no longer…
• I AM…
• I am becoming…
Step 2: Anchor it in your reality Commit to:
• ONE boundary • ONE inspired action (within 24 hours)
Step 3: Write your letters Letter 1 — Release Write to past people, stories, identities, or patterns you are complete with. When finished, fold or roll the paper away from you.
Letter 2 — Calling in your next self Write to yourself in your new timeline. Ask: “When I AM _____… how do I think, feel, spend my day? What choices do I make when I AM _____?” When finished, fold or roll the paper toward you.
Step 4: Ritual 🔥 Burn both letters (ideally on 4/17) and say: “With this fire, I release what no longer serves and ignite my highest self and timeline.”
🌊 Place the ashes in water (river, sink, or toilet) to support release + flow.
